Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Purchases may be returned for full credit 30 days from purchase. The purchase amount will be refunded less shipping expenses in the same manner payment was received: check or credit card. Returns for online purchases can also be processed in-person at one of our three locations.

Purchases returned after 30 days will result in a store credit.

Shipping

All orders over $500 (before taxes) within the continental U.S. ship FREE via US Postal Service (USPS). US Postal is NOT insured, nor is it TRACKABLE. Orders over $85 shipped within the continental U.S. ship FREE via regular UPS Ground (Alaska and Hawaii orders are subject to added costs).

Priority delivery options are also available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

All shipping addresses should to be verified before submitting your order. If any shipping information is incorrect, you may incur a fee for re-directing your shipment to the correct address. Please contact us immediately to report any errors to avoid this fee.

Damage Claims

If you receive a damaged shipment, contact one of our stores and a return label will be sent to you. A replacement or refund will be arranged. Claims for damage must be received within 14 days of the purchase date.

 

Prices

If a pricing error were to occur there was no attempt to unlawfully harm any customer. If an error is made we will try to correct it as quickly as possible. According to common law advertising when an order is requested online it is not a binding agreement according to the court system. It is never our intent to advertise with incorrect pricing; unfortunately, mistakes can and do happen. Until an order is shipped a contract has not been entered into. If a pricing error occurred and we as a company did not correct the error prior to the order shipping then we would honor any pricing error.

Product Availability

We carry a very extensive inventory. However, due to the unpredictability of vendor shipments, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items featured on our site at all times. If an item is not in stock at the time your order is processed, you will be advised of the backorder via email. Backordered items will be automatically shipped once available.

Our site is 100% safe and secure. We also do not share your information with any second parties. You can shop on our site and know with complete certainty, that your information will not be shared or sold.
